5 stars for the food. 100%!
The issues are with the service, confusing name, and the mixed messages...
Pho Tin on the front sign, Pho Thaison on the door. Pho Tin on the top of the receipt, Pho Thaison on the URL. A girl even came in trying to pick up her "Pho Thaison" order and was turned away stating it was Pho Tin.
Also, though they have beer advertising and lit neon lights for Japanese beer... they don't sell beer. Just an FYI.
No music. Just tv shows. ‍
In any event, the food was fantastic!
